Whether engaged as an Owner’s Representative, Program Manager, or Project Manager — or supporting consultants and design firms through specialized project services — we bring strategic leadership, structure, and precision to every engagement.​
Our integration of Project Controls and AI-enhanced management tools ensures smarter forecasting, real-time cost and schedule oversight, and early risk identification — helping owners make proactive, data-driven decisions that protect their investments.

In addition to serving owners directly, DEALTURA also partners with prime consultants, design firms, and construction management teams — providing flexible Project Support Services. We strengthen consultant delivery teams with specialized project controls, stakeholder coordination, constructability reviews, and technical support, helping primes deliver stronger outcomes for their clients without the overhead of additional full-time staffing.

Hector Yanez, P.E., CM - Founder and President of DEALTURA
FOUNDER BIO
Hector Yanez, P.E., CM, is the Founder and CEO of DEALTURA, bringing over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and aviation project delivery. Before launching DEALTURA, Hector served as the Director of Engineering & Construction for an airport authority, where he led numerous complex projects from start to finish — including terminal expansions, hangars, commercial facilities, air traffic control towers, roadway systems, and critical infrastructure upgrades.
Earlier in his career, he held management roles with construction firms, delivering both aviation and commercial development projects across Florida. He also managed construction on behalf of an airline client, giving him valuable insight into the priorities and constraints of aviation tenants — a perspective that enhances his ability to align diverse stakeholder needs.
What sets Hector apart is his ability to view every project through the lens of an engineer, a contractor, and an owner — having held each of those roles firsthand. His experience spans all phases of construction, from preconstruction and budgeting to execution and closeout, enabling him to anticipate challenges and deliver results with precision and confidence. Hector brings the engineer’s precision, the contractor’s grit, and the owner’s vision to every project.
Hector is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida and a Certified Member (CM) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). Known for his hands-on leadership and strategic mindset, he now partners with public and private clients through DEALTURA to deliver high-impact projects that are built on trust, performance, and clarity.
