Coconut Point Ford

A full-service Ford dealership in Estero, FL, featuring a showroom, service center, and customer amenities to deliver a premium automotive experience.

RSW Passenger Boarding Bridges Replacement

Replaced 27 passenger boarding bridges at RSW with modern, glass-paneled systems to enhance aesthetics, reliability, and reduce maintenance.

RSW RW 6-24 Rehabilitation

Runway 6-24 at RSW underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation in 2007, including milling, repaving, and lighting upgrades, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

FGCU Charles B. Edwards Hall

Charles B. Edwards Hall at FGCU serves as the administrative center and honors a key figure in the university's founding.

RSW Apron Expansion and TW L & K

Expanded terminal apron by 185,000 SY and constructed five new taxiways, including Taxiways L and K, with advanced lighting systems to enhance aircraft movement efficiency and support future airport expansions.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial of SWFL

A memorial honoring 80 local Vietnam War casualties orignally located in Fort Myers and now relocated to Cape Coral's Eco Park.

RSW Passenger Processing Modernization

Upgraded ticket counters, gate podiums, curbside check-in, and signage to modernize passenger flow and enhance the terminal experience. Completed around 2020 as part of RSW’s broader terminal modernization program.

Terminal Access Road

Expanded Terminal Access Road to six lanes, added new off-ramp and traffic lanes to improve flow between I-75 and the terminal, enhancing capacity and reducing congestion to support future airport growth.

Peace River Elementary School

Peace River Elementary School is a 126,000 sq. ft., LEED Silver-certified facility featuring 47 classrooms, a media center, and comprehensive recreational amenities.

RSW Remote Loading Dock

A standalone facility enhancing RSW's logistical operations, seamlessly integrated with terminal systems to support efficient handling of goods and services.

FMY Multi-Use Hangar

24,000-square-foot Multi-Use Hangar at Page Field (FMY) features four crew offices and 58,000 square feet of apron space, enhancing aircraft storage and operational efficiency.

Pavement Rehabilitation and airfied lighting upgrades for Taxiway F

FMY Runway 5-23 Rehabilitation

Upgraded 6,406-foot runway with new asphalt surface, grooving, markings, and lighting improvements to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

FMY T-Hangars

The South Quad Hangars and Ramp Phase 1 project at Page Field Airport involves the rehabilitation of aircraft ramps and taxi lanes, the demolition and construction of a new General Aviation Center (GAC) along with the demolition and construction of new T Hangars and Box Hangars which will be used for current and future tenants at Page Field.
