FMY T-Hangars

The South Quad Hangars and Ramp Phase 1 project at Page Field Airport involves the rehabilitation of aircraft ramps and taxi lanes, the demolition and construction of a new General Aviation Center (GAC) along with the demolition and construction of new T Hangars and Box Hangars which will be used for current and future tenants at Page Field.

This transformative effort at Page Field addresses the growing demand for general aviation hangar space and improved ramp infrastructure. The scope includes:

  • Demolition of existing structures and construction of new T-hangars and box-hangars to serve current and future tenants.

  • Rehabilitation of aircraft ramps and taxi lanes in the south quadrant of the airfield for enhanced operational efficiency and safety.

  • Construction of a new General Aviation Center (GAC) to serve the upgraded hangar complex and tenant operations.

  • Site work including new access roads, graded and paved support areas around hangars, and implementation of firewalls and interior finishes in the hangar buildings.


Significance & Benefits:By delivering modern hangar facilities along with improved ramp and taxi-lane infrastructure, this project responds to increased aviation activity in the Southwest Florida region, strengthens the airport’s role as a premier general aviation facility and reliever to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), and supports tenant growth while enhancing operational capacity.
